We are expanding our ground floor engineering team. We’re looking for Junior to Senior-level engineers for back end and full stack engineering.

What you’d do daily

• Be part of a small and productive engineering team
• Architect elegant and maintainable code with a balance of autonomy and support from the team
• Build new, viral social products from the ground up
• Design and conduct product experiments, which you’ll use with user research to learn and iterate
• Defend your beliefs but be persuadable: have strong problem-solving intuition and be ready to back it up—though commit to final decision even if it isn’t yours

General requirements

• Experience designing and building large and complex (yet maintainable) systems
• Nontrivial experience building and shipping products to actual users
• Ability to decompose requests into operational, deliverable tasks
• Facility in a high-level programming language (Python, Javascript, etc.)
